I see one omission though: Nowhere is “Duck!” described.

   The asteroid that’s passing by the earth this afternoon isn’t really that close when you think of it in sheer distance, however, when you consider how fast that MF is moving, its only missing the earth by a mere 20 minutes.

   It’s exceedingly close, really: 17,000 miles is inside the geosynchronous satellite orbit and 5,000 miles less than the Earth’s circumference….

   And, then, when it hits you in the a$$, it becomes a meteoroid again and completes the cycle.
