GOOD FOR HER And That’s EXACTLY the POINT

…isn’t it?

…Peg Brunda asked the question Weiner definitely did not want to hear.

I don’t quite understand how you would feel you would have the moral authority as the head administrator in the city to oversee employees when your standard of conduct is so much lower than the standard of conduct that’s expected of me,” the retired teacher said.

How the lowest schmuckatellies on the totem pole have a THOUSAND things that can trip them up ~ RUIN their lives in some instances ~ and make them “unworthy”, but these PRIVILEGED DOUCHEBAGS can just say “Sorry you were offended by these acts I committed. I am still a class above YOU.” And carry the f*ck on.

WRONG. WRONG. WRONG.

Weiner should be pushing a broom in an obscure city building, not running for mayor.

Good on her. Bad on the media for not asking it first.

It’s so sad that this guy is still in the running. How far have we fallen as a people and nation.I think it’s his wife’s
‘friendship?’ with Hillary is what is keeping the internationalists behind him.
    Makes me wanna puke,or cry.
    What’s happened to our nation?

More and more I’m wishing we had an aristocracy – the hereditary sort, not the self-anointed, self-important, sub-Marxist crapweasels that have (to shift metaphors slightly) wormed their way into public office. An aristocracy acting badly is tolerable, if deplorable & much more honest than citizen-legislators setting themselves up as beyond the constraints of the laws they impose on us as our ‘representatives’.

    He’s Clinton without the charisma.

“More and more I’m wishing we had an aristocracy”

Nah, a military dictatorship with Augusto Pinochet at the helm.

  6. aelfheld says:

Gunslinger, I’m thinking more Regency period. If we’re going to have sex scandals let’s have a Caroline of Brunswick, not a bunch of mid-level lickspittles taking pictures of their dangly bits.

  7. Gunslinger says:

    Yeah that would definitely help!

Question is what would that be? Closest thing America has had to an aristocracy in a while was the Kennedy clan in the 60’s.

Let’s lift a page from the Brits & import one. There’s probably a Hanoverian or Habsburg still rattling about.

  9. Gunslinger says:

Sounds good. The Kardashians sure as hell don’t cut it.

  10. NJSue says:

Hereditary ristocrats, even stupid and greedy ones, were raised with a sense of noblesse oblige and and awareness of their own unearned privilege. Our current ruling class, in contrast, think they deserve to rule by merit, not that they were born to rule by luck (or God’s plan, or whatever). Therefore our ruling class is more prone to delusions of its own grandeur. They don’t even see how ridiculous they are.

  11. Red Thomas says:

Let’s remember that during the Kennedy Camelot our attorney general (no nepotism, they’re democraps) and the secret service were procuring a host of women to debauch the white house.

The Kardashians don’t cut it as trollops.
