   My new favorite type of Bloody Mary is to use English cucumber instead of celery. I buy one of the really long ones, cut it in half, then quarter the halfs lengthwise. English cukes have very thin skin, unlike regular cukes. Of course I also add a very long toothpick with 8 or 10 olive, and 3 or 4 small pickled onions. Hey, I’m not drinking here, I’m eating a meal.
