That, & coffee with milk, no sugar!

We are cosmic twins today, but no ketchup on mine!

  3. Mark Reardon says:

Please let that be hot sauce and not ketchup. Although at this point, if someone had one of those with ketchup here in Denver, I’d give thanks and partake. Hard rolls are unfortunately a NY, NJ, CT phenomenon that I really miss.

It looks wonderful, but I don’t recognize it.

There a roll (Kaiser?), a fried egg, I’m guessing cheese, and some sort of hot sauce (wing sauce, perhaps?).

    What did I miss??

  5. Mr. Bingley says:

    It was hot sauce!

  6. Mr. Bingley says:

    Actually it was hot sauce…

  7. Mark Reardon says:

    Leelu,
NOT a Kaiser. A HARD ROLL. In this case it looks like a fried egg, sausage and cheese. On Long Island, a “breakfast special”. In Jersey, an egg sandwich. (better with Taylor Pork Roll than sausage in my opinion).

  8. Mr. Bingley says:

Spot on, Mark. One just can’t get pork roll here in the city…but I will get some for the weekend.

  9. Julie says:

The only thing better than eating that lovely sandwich would be a photo of Claude drooling over it. (Hint.) (HINT.)(We’re going through Claude withdrawal, Bing…)

    Mark,
Thank you for the enlightenment. The “hard roll” is not a common fixture on the west coast…
