Very well could have. I know the bakers were sh*t out of luck, court-wise.
And it’s his/her right to do so… lol
Goes both ways. Private businesses should be able to do whatever they want. Whichever side they are on.
That means: pharmacies should have a right to fire people who won’t prescribe birth control. And Catholic hospitals should have a right to fire those who will.
