   At least he was arrested and will be prosecuted. I doubt that would’ve happened in Ethiopia.
   Here’s hoping that monster gets the full forty years in the can. Anything less would be criminal act by the judge.

   Yep.
   It will be very interesting to see what happens, especially considering that if you schmack your little monster in the QuikChek you can get a few years in the slammer.
