As Dear Dave E. Notes in My Previous Post

…(on the subject) our Precedent will, indeed, be on the telly YET AGAIN, at 12:30 EST. It seems he’s “scheduled” a news conference vice his EVERY FREAKIN’ DAY telly sneak attacks, ergo committing an error of epic proportion: advance warning. And I have planned accordingly.

At 11:30CST, I’ll be watching the bullriding on Versus instead of the bullshitting on the networks!

    Well, one of the cow clowns, anyway. That’s an old Cooper hockey helmet, but the cage is wrong… looks like he’s using a field hockey keper’s cage.
    He also looks like he’s making vrooming airplane noises and strafing the bull, which makes him one of my favorite people.

    Brain buckets AND big, thick vests (possibly even Kevlar).
    I don’t watch near as much rodeo as I’d like to, but as far as I can tell, not all wear helmets (but more and more each year) but ALL are wearing the vests. Yeah, I’m sad about the tradition being lost but I fully understand it.
    BTW, I just learned that Joe Baumgartner lives in Red Bluff. Tres cool.

    You know, at first I thought the same when I noticed it this morning, but THEN the lightbulb went off.
