Military Plans Not Protected Under Obamacare?

The final bill would leave it up to a bureaucrat at the Department of the Treasury to determine whether TRICARE meets the minimum standards under the Democrats’ individual health insurance mandate. I suspect that if the IRS is given the power in question, lots of people will find – as time goes on – that their plans don’t “measure up” and they have to shell out for some other “recommended” plan.

This may be how a “government run” option actually gets foisted on us.
