John Paul Is Desperately Ill

I hope he gets through this, but it's raining outside and I'm crying inside. For all my earthmotherspook ways, I adore the man. Like the song says, "I say a little prayer for you..."

**An Update: Italian news services are reporting that there is no more hope. The crowds are beginning to gather in St. Peter's Square.

"This evening or this night, Christ opens the door to the Pope."

I just happened to find this site because I was looking up Tylenol OD and read some of the comments on the subject.

Yes, a person can OD on Tylenol...40 hours ago my 16 yr. old daughter took 32 500 miligram tablet of Tylenol...there was 12 left that she had tried to swollow but couldn't. I never thought someone could OD on Tylenol! She reached the hospital 1 1/2 hours after ingestion. The EMT's told me that it is a very slow, very painful death, it totally damages the liver and they won't even put a person on the list for a liver transplant because they tried to kill themselves. The hospital wouldn't pump her stomach because it had been too long but they gave her the charcoal to drink and started an antedote. The most crucital test is a bloodtest done four hours after ingestion, that shows how much her system was poisoned and if it will affect the liver. My daughter was very lucky since she most likely will not have any liver damage...we're still waiting for more tests, the 24 and 48 hour bloodtests. Also luckily my daughter admitted to everyone that she tried to kill herself so she will get the help that she needs.

Thanks for listening! Chris
