PORTLAND, ME (NEWS CENTER) — Police say there were no injuries or damage caused by a chemical bomb that went off in a parking lot near the Islamic Society of Portland.
The bomb went off in the lot between the Islamic Society and Back Bay Grill around 8:00 PM Tuesday night. Portland Police say Islamic elders came forward to tell them that a 13 year old from the Society was experimenting and was responsible for the bomb. Another bomb was also found undetinated [sic].

Well, according to the Portland police there are no dots.
Police say it’s unclear if charges will be filed against the teenagers.
So there.
One can only assume that if one wants to brush up on one’s bomb making skills then Portland, Maine is the place to go.

It isn’t political correctness it’s complete lack of a spine. Anyone else and they would be arrested with that weapon of mass destruction charge. What is wrong with these people?

Otherwise, teenagers making explosions doesn’t really sound like news to me.
Nobrainer, we get a fair number of pipe bombs around my area. People freak out every time, although they are nearly always teenagers being stupid.
Heck, one was found in a camp ground that you can get to only by foot, boat, or helicopter. Guess what? A bomb squad was sent in, by helicopter.
So, a teenager sets off a bomb in a parking lot in a city, and no one cares? It’s a lack of spine. Or sympathy.
When did the Boy Scouts start offering Junior Terrorism Badges?
I have to admit that when I was in high school the chemistry lab had to lock up the nitric acid because the kids kept trying to make nitroglycerin.
