   Cavalier nation spreads far and wide Bingster. I was watching a local program that featured a tour of the Galapagos when up pops an Ecuadorian school kid wearing a UVA baeball cap.

   True, Yojimbo. A few weeks ago I got into the office at 9am or so (very late for me) and I saw a woman in a wheelchair going into the building across the street. Her wheelchair had a UVA license plate.

   I was about to sprint across to talk to her but a tourist bus careening down Wall Street dissuaded me from that course of action.
