This is looking worse as the minutes tick by. 145 mph sustained winds as it hits the coast. Devastating. I just shake my head at the pain this will cause so many people.
The only saving grace is where it’s going in. If it continues like this, it’ll be hitting Nobody Lives Here But Us Chickensville. It is as sparsely populated – except for the immediate coastline – as any place in Florida. What happens when it roars over those folks and straight into Tallahassee is another thing.
