Look What I Found

Buried in the fridge

I have no idea how long this was sitting in the back fridge…4-5 years easily. I bought this split and must have put it in there ahead of some party hoping someone else would want some dessert wine (my Bride doesn’t really care for them) and then I forgot about it. It held up pretty well: thick and luscious melon and honey flavors, but the acidity was pretty much gone. As is the bottle. Oops! I hate when I have to drink it by myself…good thing it was only 375ml.

I wonder if the Bottle King has another bottle lying about…

   You don’t ever want to see a picture of the stuff I find at the back of my fridge.
