The Bundy situation is a clash between two good old American traditions or tenets: the first, respect for the “Government” and the law and the second, a demand for individual liberty. Where those two rub up against each other, the resulting friction produces a lot of heat and at times, even flame. The American Revolution was a battle over the same issue, that being the liberty of individuals and the arrogance of the government. Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Sharpton and basically all of the crazy lefties in this tribe should remember that the victors in the American Revolution were those who held liberty above loyalty to the government. I’m starting to see that belief become more prominent amongst trampled upon Americans.
