    The flight attendant did her job. There are too many goddamned idiots who would want to get up and look around…or film…while the crash landing was happening. They could have very easily landed a little rougher and then the douche filming it might have lost control of his phone and it could have nailed someone in the head.

    Sorry. I see your point Mr. B., but the one emergency landing I experienced had nothing like that kind of jarring repetition. When the time came we were told to assume the position and there was nothing else until the plane stopped and we were told, through the clapping, to remain seated with our seat belts fastened.

    I don’t fly much these days but I did a lot of it back in the day and have a lot of respect for flight attendants. Honest to God though, I think I might have told this one to STFU.

    in her defense it seems she did shut up once the plane stopped…
