Good news: Obama alienates Poland by referring to “Polish death camps”
Hey, it’s not like they’re a close ally and a keystone of our eastern European policy. The only person angrier than the Poles tonight, incidentally: Ed Morrissey, who’s being deprived of a golden Obamateurism item for tomorrow morning. Sorry, buddy!
The bad news? This isn’t the only dumb, offensive thing that a prominent Democrat has said about Poland this week. The worse news? When I say he’s alienated Poland, I don’t mean he’s alienated a few bloggers in Warsaw or the editorial page of some partisan newspaper. The outrage goes to the very top
Oh wait, sorry, the MSM is of course completely ignoring this because Trump talking to Blitzer about Birther crap is obviously of much greater importance to our country than our relationship with our strongest ally on the European continent.
But what really strikes me about this video is how bad, how truly awful Obama is as a speaker. Look at the video: he’s like a robot looking from teleprompter to teleprompter, never makes any attempt to look at the audience, and they’re so far apart all we see are the two sides of his head.

View O as the Manchurian Candidate and things begin to take focus. Hell, he’s been babbling like that for three years.
And he’s reading it off of a teleprompter, and not off the cuff. Kudos to all those layers of fact checkers. This seems to be the default scenario.
He reminds me of the animatronic Lincoln at the old Disneyland attraction, back in the day.
Bam doesn’t much care about Poland. Remember, he pulled the planned missile defense without even bothering to tell them.
