So naturally the first cop to get there kicks him in the face.

While the next cop kicks him in the balls and then a bunch of them begin to punch him.

of them needs to be fired, arrested, and criminally charged. This shit has got to stop.
This is what happens when you give all power to the State.
This is what happens when you shield government employees from responsibility and liability for their actions.
This is what happens when you militarize the police force.
Combine this with the execution of Walter Scott by Officer Michael Slager in South Carolina and one can easily see why police are agitating to limit the public’s and media’s right to film any and all encounters.

It’s getting harder to remember that there are good cops out there. It really is.
The thug life is as infectious as measles, especially when it’s sanctioned.
Sad thing is cops get away with that behavior because until the advent of civilian video their leadership and the prosecutors always sided with the officer’s story. That whole B.S “I was in fear of my life” line. For some reason, if you ran from the police it was a green light for them to beat the crap out of you. It will take some time before there is a culture change.
I suspect things have gotten worse, but I believe that it’s mostly that video cameras proliferate that we see it more.
I’m sure it’s a bit of both Skyler.
