This goes along with the other bills Dems are pushing to control content and distribution and to track every user. All in the name of freedom, of course.
Um… I’m trying to figure out how… and considering the “competence” in the area of computers shown so far by the government, it might even be fun watching them try. Kinda. Except it would piss me off when they slow things down. heh.
