How can she unilaterally decide to not obey a law that was passed by Congress in 2006? Here’s the wiki article for that law: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secure_Fence_Act_of_2006

Well, that’s a DANG GOOD QUESTION! How CAN she?

So we started out wanting a real fence, then we progressed to actually starting a virtual one. Since that didn’t work out either, I guess we’re left with unicorn patrols. Thanks Nappy!

Hey, some of those unicorns can get MIGHTY ornery when they’re agimatated!

  5. Dave E. says:

If you come across an agitated unicorn, whatever you do, don’t run! 😉

I was wondering about the law also. Was the bill so sloppily written that the administration can just do what they want?

  6. tree hugging sister says:

OMG, you guys don know nuzzinks, DO you?!?!? It’s VIRTUAL. Means it din EXIST to BEEGINZ WITH, LIKE UNICORNZ aren’t real NEITHERZ, duh.

So who CARES, she cancels? Wasn’t there anyway!

  7. JeffS says:

    Heh! Sis nails it.

Seriously…..I suspect that there was enough slop (probably intentional) in the bill for some lawyer to offer a lawyerly opinion that the law in question could be lawfully discarded.
