   Recall the Carlson Tucker tape wherein Obama basically accused the Fed Government of racism for not waiving the Stafford act for the Katrina disaster. Check this out, noting the number of “D’s” on the list, particularly the 4th from the bottom. I hope Romney stores this one away.
