Implying, of course, that there are many days when his mind is NOT perfect. This begs the question as to which “many” is the bigger number.
I suspect that the “not perfect” days outnumber the “perfect” days. By a wide margin.
Didn’t Bob Byrd actually fight in the Civil War? Or if not, doesn’t he now think he did?
