Another Fun Weekend Near The Border

Grenades and 34 murders

Northern Mexico was shaken by a weekend of violence, with 34 deaths blamed on drug cartels and a series of grenade attacks that injured a dozen people, officials said Sunday.

Twelve people were hurt in a late night grenade attack at a busy plaza outside Monterrey, according to officials who said it was one of four bombings to rock the industrial border city over the weekend.

Authorities said Sunday that the grenade was thrown by unidentified assailants at about 11 pm Saturday (0400 GMT Sunday) near the town hall in Guadalupe, a suburb of the bustling city near the border with the United States.

Gaza is safer.

Could we please build a wall?

And a guy was murdered by “pirates” (freshwater pirates?) on Falcon Lake. He and his wife strayed into Mexican territory and were attacked.

So: Europe is unsafe. Mexico is unsafe. We might as well just stay home under our beds for now. That is, until the terrorists sneak into our country…

I’m telling you, Predator strikes or if we mean business like the Jeffs said a MLRS one.

That is very sad. Monterrey is a very upscale, prosperous and business friendly city. It is at the heart of what Mexico could become. If cities like that go away Mexico is lost, and sooner rather than later.

What major dad said again, still and always. We really don’t have a preident that is capable of any action. It’s not simple that he is beholden to his base, he is also just incapable of any leadership. Otherwise it would be time to turn on the motors of those kind and gentle motorized folk just outside Killeen Texas. The right stuff is just a few days march away. Just sayin.

Scary. It’s almost as if certain groups of people await the weekend to murder, opposed to civilized people who look forward to enjoying the weekend atmosphere.

More than one MLRS strike, major dad. Not to mention carpet bombing. But I won’t say no to Predator attacks as well.

  6. Yojimbo says:

It may be too late for predator strikes. I’m afraid boots on the ground may be the only viable option. I hate like heck to say that but they may be only months away from leapfrogging this stuff right over the border on a consistent basis.
