    I can take or leave the fruit tart but I’ll fight for the Crème Bruleé. My brother-in-law, aka my new hero, bought the kit for making Crème Bruleé. Drago’s in Metairie (Just outside of New Orleans) makes a killer. Worth every penny of the $9 or so they charge you for it.
