   “The White House has never gotten serious about tackling the serious issues our nation faces — not without tax hikes — and I don’t think they ever will.”

   I think that’s been obvious since about, oh, 2008, Mr. Speaker. But I suppose that you had to give it the old college try.

   In the meantime Congress had better pass something veto proof, or that sanctimonious pomposity occupying the Oval Office will drive America over the cliff.

   It’s all over except the shouting .Obama ran on the audacity of hope-for what?-
   Hope for government pensions and more jobs for our youths at Starbucks and Domino’s Pizza. How about industry and real jobs, not 6 dollar an hour jobs,while Cops make 95 thousand a year in California.
