In a Mary Matalin VS Paul Krugman Cage Match

Matalin ALWAYS wins.

Krugman rips Romney for ‘flat-out untruths,’ gives Obama pass on ‘minor fudges’

A fib is a fib is a fib.

Unless you’re President Obama.

Nobel Prize-winning economist Paul Krugman, speaking on ABC’s “This Week” on Sunday, ripped into Mitt Romney for telling “flat-out untruths” at last week’s debate.

But when asked about Obama’s on-stage misstatements, The New York Times columnist called them just “minor fudges.”

The discrepancy drew a pronounced “Ugh” from Republican strategist Mary Matalin, a panel member who later told Krugman:

You are hardly credible on calling somebody else a liar.

Video here and I’ll embed it when I can find the damn code.

GAWD, Krugman’s such a weasel. It’s unbearable watching the first 10 minutes or so. Even Jonathon Karl calls him out. Did you know, according to Krugman, it was Jim Lehrer’s job to argue with Romney for Obama?

Try here, although it is truncated.

Paul Krugman=douche bag, lying academic, deranged elitist, or simply weasle. I bet you could make him poo his pants by saying “boo” what a loser…

  3. Skyler says:

Won’t watch any video with that hag Matalin in it. How can you have a blog that talks about my hero Lara Logan and the same day give time to this bed mate of Carvel?

  4. tree hugging sister says:

We have a big tent, Skyler. Matalin’s a TIGER lady. DOn’t be such a critic. And Carville REAMS Obama and cuts the legs out from under Krugman rather neatly in the bargain.
