It Strikes At The Core Of Our System
The importance of this IRS disaster cannot be over-stated. The chilling nature of the IRS’s actions on our constitutional freedoms cannot be exaggerated. This isn’t at this point an Obama Scandal; it is a Big Government scandal. It needs to be vigorously rooted out, many people need to be fired and hopefully go to jail. The MSM needs to get out of Protect The Messiah At All Costs mode and realize that an unfettered government like this will affect them as well.

That would be a good start, but it is not enough. We need to abolish the IRS and the leviathan and labyrinth of administrative agencies that rule us.
How about a law that says each Session of Congress must end with fewer laws and regulations than it started with?
And another knife at our throats that needs to be abolished: Administrative law.
Congress abdicated their Constitutional responsibilities when they authorized Federal agencies the ability to make “rules”.
Works for me, Mr. Bingley.
JeffS, I’m still looking for the bit in the Constitution that allows Congress to delegate its authority.

For the first time in my life I’m going to take time off from work to be at a protest, this one at noon at the IRS building in downtown Minneapolis. I’m praying that many, many people are going to join in, not just there but across the country.
