It’s Not Okay for Opportunists

…like the Clintons.

And it sure as Hell isn’t okay for this pedantic poseur.

Question Posed: How Did Bob Corker Go from ‘Dead Broke’ to $69 Million Net Worth During 11 Years in U.S. Senate?

“How do you increase your net worth by 69 million dollars while you’re working full-time as a Senator?” That’s the question Rolling Stone reporter Matt Taibbi asked about Senator Bob Corker (R-TN) on Friday.

Man, I NEVER get these kind of gigs. Not being the greedy sort, I’d stop after the first $20 million.

Why grab more than you can use?

I understand doing well by doing good but can’t quite see where Corker contributed to the latter.

Hope. But don’t hold your breath.

BTW, Has Taibbi asked that of, say, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein, &c., &c. or is that question only applicable to Republicans.

& I have to concur with Kathy – the likelihood of these poltroons submitting themselves to the sort of investigation they deserve is low.
