    yeah, I heard that…funny how he pandered about the Mexicans at the HISPANIC shindig, but just LAST YEAR, it was the NATIVE AMERICANS who got top billing at the Native American History Month shindig.

    Mexico declared its independence on September 16, 1810. It was recognized on September 27, 1821.

    The United States of America declared its independence in 1776.
