Fort Hood, Texas (CNN) — Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, the accused Fort Hood gunman, is paralyzed from the waist down, his lawyer said Friday.
“It appears he won’t be able to walk in the future,” said Hasan’s civilian attorney, retired Army Col. John Galligan.
Especially after he’s hung.
Hasan also has severe pain in his hands, the attorney said.
Cut them off.

Bingster: Eric Holder announced that the five 9/11 suspects are being sucked out of the military tribunals and given to the Southern District Court for regular criminal trial. These would be the suspects waterboarded by Bush. The guy who blew away the USS Cole, and who was not waterboarded by Bush, will go to the military tribunal route. Well, look, it seems to me the reason this is happening is that Obama needs to shore up his support in the whacko fringe of the party. By giving these scum civilian trials he is giving the Truthers a platform to shout about “what really happened” on September 11th. You watch. it will turn into a Bash Bushfest just in time for the 2010 elections to divert attention away from the shit sandwich the Dems will have made of the Economy.

Hassan should be tried for sedition under the UCMJ and publicly hanged or shot or upon conviction.
I believe that you are correct, Mr. B.; these circus show trials are nothing but a distraction by the Obumbles Administration to try to distract attention from the 2010 elections. It’s up to We the People to not allow that distraction to succeed.
