…With speeds of up to 40 MPH reached on the ice, the rutted and uneven surface was considered too dangerous to skate on…

An irate Frank ZAMBONI calls “Baloney!” on the phonies.
Frank J. Zamboni & Co. says the leaky ice-cleaning machines at the Vancouver Winter Olympics has created confusion over its brand.
“It was widely reported that these machines were Zamboni machines, which in fact they were not,” Zamboni said in a statement today, adding it’s “deeply concerned” about the “controversy.”
Frank’s attitude is stoney chiding weak “green” cronies.

So, once again, the envirotards mess things up by “going green”. Wotta surprise.
It always sounds soooo good – on paper. The you try to use it and it doesn’t work. What idiots. Biggest event in years in that country and they’ve bungled a number of things… but I have to say that messing up the ice in a country known for its winter sports – that’s the pinnacle of ineptitude.
Wonder if the Green “non-Zamboni” will inspire a song like the wonderful fuel powered one did. I doubt it.
But wouldn’t it be great to have a last name of “Zamboni” – it’s easy to remember at parties!
