    NH’s going blue, so why not bribe ’em early and often? This sounds like they’re going Jersey, where Newark got 1,000 garbage trucks and Asbury Park police couldn’t get a new communications system. Your tax dollars at work. And just you wait til next September when the real money starts pouring into blue and purple states.
