Well, This Makes His Priorities Clear

US citizens had to wait for somebody to charter a ferry to get them out.

Egyptians? Well, gosh, we’d better fly them out on our military planes

Djerba, Tunisia (CNN) — U.S. military aircraft and French charter jets joined efforts to get thousands of people fleeing the fighting in Libya back home Wednesday as the United Nations called for stepped-up aid to refugees.

…In Washington, President Barack Obama told reporters that he has approved the use of U.S. military aircraft to help return to Egypt those Egyptian citizens who have fled to Tunisia to escape unrest in neighboring Libya Obama said he also authorized the U.S. Agency for International Development to charter additional planes “to help people from other countries find their way home.”

Unbelievable.

No, no, it’s quite believable. From Obama, anyway.

Like I said before “This man had no dick, no balls and apparently, no functioning brain.”

WHAT country elected Obama president again? All this time I thought WE were the idiots, but, apparently, I was wrong. If he were the Presdient of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA, his first concern would be…uh…AMERICANS. So it’s gotta be some other place.

I don’t necessarily mind that he’s helping Egyptians evacuate. I mind a whole helluva lot that he DIDN’T order the miliary to evacuate Americans. Or the British or French or any of our actual-factual allies.

I think he tried to get the Brits to help, ‘Fly, but from what I understand HRM was listening to his speeches on her iPod and didn’t hear the phone ring…

I hope to hell the Republicans find a candidate who’ll remember this and all the similar crap O’s pulled on us. We’re doomed if the GOP’s as spineless as it seems to be.

I heard that in 2006 the amphibious unit evacuating Americans from Lebanon refused to evacuate the Lebanese wife and children of an American citizen teaching at the American University in Beirut. I thought that was wrong; an American’s immediate family members should have been evacuated too. Now we are flying out foreigners, with no American connection, before evacuating US citizens? Unbefrickinglievable.
