Indeed, we do. And thank you for posting – I’m very happy to know you are still here.
“On the shore dimly seen thru the mists of the deep,
Where the foe’s haughty host in dread silence reposes,
What is that which the breeze, o’er the towering steep,
As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?
Now it catches the gleam of the morning’s first beam,
In full glory reflected, now shines on the stream:
‘Tis the star-spangled banner: O, long may it wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave!”
I love most the verses that are rarely sung. Thank you to all US Veterans. We owe you more than we can ever repay.
Oh we’re fine, Kathy, thanks so much! I think Sis is in a gin-induced coma from Tuesday, and also fighting off panic attacks every time she sees Notre Dame play…
I personally prefer Scotch. I’ll take Vodka in a pinch. I’m keeping my mouth shut about Tuesday. Because if I open it, I’m going to need to start my own blog again (to avoid overloading other people’s disk quota – and I just don’t have the time.

LOL – don’t blame her about Notre Dame..Good to hear you are ok. 🙂
I can understand the gin induced coma, Mr. Bingley. I considered something like that myself.
