Thank goodness we have an administration with unassailable moral and ethical credentials in place when terrifying technology like this is developed.

Imagine if we had an Imperial Presidency and a Skulking, Secretive Cabinet, drunk on Executive Power?

Woof.

Things could be bad.

But this is America, they tell me, so no worries.
