Seriously. What value does Rutgers derive from it? Press and news like this?

How can they possibly justify the enormous deficits they run every year? $28 million. Disgusting and unconscionable.

Disband it.

   What kind of message is this sending to the students? 1) It’s ok to rack up big debts 2)You can treat people any way you want – you’ll still get hired, and most importantly 3) The administration doesn’t care if you are verbally or emotionally abused by the faculty, so just live with it.
