Because otherwise I might be somewhat concerned by the fact that I walked into our local ShopRong today and they wanted $2.99…for 3 limes.

   The increase is due to a bad harvest in Mexico, with maybe a bit of help from Eric Holder’s friends.

   Yeah, and there’s also been reports of late that large swaths of the producing areas are under the control of various drug cartels.

   That’s silly. The reason food isn’t included in the CPI any more is because (duh) people don’t buy food. I mean, we all know that you just call down to the White House kitchen & they bring Michelle four racks of ribs & that’s how it happens. Magic.
