Looked like the Tigers had jet lag playing in Washington. They appear to be a little more consistent on defense this year. They couldn’t stop the pass last year. This year, they can’t stop the run OR the pass.
I think it’s great that W&M whooped us. My hope is that the entire football dept will be sacked, never to be replaced. The Trustees running Virginia made a huge mistake, and sadly an even huger financial commitment, in the mid-80s to try and turn UVA into a football powerhouse. They spent hundreds of millions of dollars to make a 3-9 team into a 6-6 team.
Asshats.
I’m happy. Since ND is now ahead in the score, I can root for them again. But only until they start losing again.
You know, Skyler, I believe ALL Notre Dame fans do that. 🙂 And I’ll go sit in the corner for that cheap shot.
