   Leaving the sordidness and tabloid sleaze aside, I really don’t see why the Court bothered to grant cert. here. The federal bankruptcy court clearly had no jurisiction in the first place: probate is an exclusive state-court matter and the Texas probate court has already spoken.

   The whole thing could have been avoided if the GotRocks pinch faced son had just forked over the millions he’s spent in legal fees anyway. She would have gone away happy, he would have the big BIG bulk of his daddy’s money and we wouldn’t have a post. But OH NO. He couldn’t think far enough ahead for that.
