Toby Keith’s “I Love This Bar” is about the only country song that ever gets played down at my neighborhood tavern. (There’s kind of an unofficial/official ban on country and hip-hop in the place. Play either and the bartender will hit the button behind the bar that skips to the next song. They will give the person their money back explaining why.)
Prob’ly the best song ever written. He’s right about those cups breaking, which is why the floor smells so bad the next morning.
Tonight a gentleman ahead of me in line at the store was checking out beer and GREEN Solo cups. I almost told him he was making a mistake, but decided it was not my place to do so.
