   I saw Jay Carney appear on the Piers Morgan – The English guy kicked out England by an outraged public- Show last night. I think it was inappropriate since Jay had previously declined to answer questions at a news briefing.
   Jay was sucked-up to: I hate that phrase too, by Piers. Did you every notice, after Piers asks a question, he looks like he’s in the Twilight Zone until he asks the next question? Watch him, he’s not right ‘Somewhere over
   the Rainbow’
