TEMECULA, Calif. — An angry father is accused of using a stun gun on a 23 year old man who sent his 17 year old daughter an explicit cell phone picture.
William Atwood Sr., 45, was charged Wednesday with multiple felonies in connection with the case.
Authorities say Atwood lured Justin Moore to his home, ordered him to strip down to his boxer shorts, and tied him up and tased him with a stun gun before turning him over to a sheriff’s deputy.
Moore told authorities he sent a photo of his genitals to several friends, including Atwood’s daughter, as a joke.
A joke.
It seems to me this guy has admitted to endangering the welfare of a minor at the very least.

I certainly agree with the sentiment.
Me, too, Cullen, but not at all with his actions. That was incredibly stupid. Turning him over to the sheriff’s office would have been joke enough, since his daughter’s underage and he’s now technically a child molestor. There’s goes your life, dude ~ “Ha-ha!”
William Atwood, Sr. is a hero. If I were on the jury (if this case even makes it to trial) there would be nothing but Not Guilty screamed from my lungs.
As long as he tasered this creep, I hope that he targeted the subject genitals.
As much as I like a righteous infliction of gratuitous overkill on a deserving target, ths assessed this story correctly.
Making that degenerate punk squirm would have been gratifying enough without resorting to tactics better suited for a Quenton Tarantino movie.
