Mr Turner’s remarks, during an interview on the BBC Today programme came amid growing anger at the state of much of the transport system and complaints that gritting lorries had not appeared in sufficient numbers to keep the country moving.

Well leave it to Mr. Bingley to get right down to the nitty gritty on this supposed band. We can probably find some dirt on this “band” if we dig deep enough.
