   I had a full scholarship to play baseball at the University of Miami back in the late 60’s and could count on one hand, the number of classes I actually attended in my freshman year. Most fortunate for me, I had a career ending injury during that year, forcing me to actually pursue an education. Probably the most timely injury I ever had.
