Aqueducts, deep underground water tunnels…really cool stuff!

    They probably couldn’t build it today. Every professional bed-wetter in the regions would be protesting it & filing lawsuits to make it prohibitively expensive.

    That’s true for all major construction projects, aelfheld.

    Not to mention the labor and liability costs that would be incurred. Never mind getting the required permits.

    Fascinating. What’s also interesting is that they are going to fix it in…oh…a few years.

    That said, I agree with aelfheld (and Jeff) about building something like it today.
