    Twas 56 degrees here this morning. Expecting highs in the low 70s and clear skies today. It’s one of the three good days we get here. We’ll be begging for mercy from the heat in about a week.

    Did a little research. That hotel we talked about was once Maison Blanche, a New Orleans institution on Canal Street and home of the world famous Mr Bingle, not to be confused with Mr Bingley. 🙂 Anyone who grew up in New Orleans has a silly song occupying their brain for a little while.
