Police chiefs in the Thai capital, Bangkok, have come up with a new way of punishing officers who break the rules – an eye-catching Hello Kitty armband.
The armband is large, bright pink and has a Hello Kitty motif with two hearts embroidered on it.
From today, officers who are late, park in the wrong place or commit other minor transgressions will have to wear it for several days.
Menstruating interogatrixes
lead irrevocably to Hello Kitty.
The evidence is clear and irrefutable.

It is sort of scary to consider how they might have to ramp up the pressure to crack those tough nuts, Kate.
Glitter paint is good; combined with some mango lip gloss it may well nigh prove unbearable.
What about face-painting? I suspect a little rainbow, or a unicorn, or some glittery hearts painted on the face of an offender might be another step in the punishment…

I’d also like to know how reporters have such easy access to CIA documents.
I remind you that the moment this torturous Hello Kitty armband is forced onto a miscreant (particularly an Islamofascist one), Amnesty International and the ACLU will eat you alive. Or at least attempt to gum you to death.
I, however, like it.
The next level of punishment is to force hte miscreant to dress like a Harajuku girl and ride a “My Little Pony” stick horse around all day.
