A Day That Will Live In Infamy
Never forget.
And never let it happen again.
RIP, dear souls. May we be worthy of your sacrifices.

Do you know that I actually work with a brainless twit that said the other day “Was it Germany that attacked Pearl Harbor or something?” I wanted to stab her dumbass and do the world a favor.
Oh god. That’s just amazingly pathetic and sad. What a great education system we’ve got. But that’s fodder for another post.
God bless them, every one.
Laura, I’d act shocked and amazed, and, while somewhere in the deep recesses of my dark soul I suppose I still am, on the surface? I’m not. **sigh**
Bing, I would argue it has happened again, at least twice.
Amen, Sis. Bless them all.
major dad, I have to agree. Unfortunately.
Isn’t there another narrative out there from the left which states we should not have gone to war because Hawaii was not part of the United States?
I had trouble at some places like Pearl Harbor and Bastogne because I couldn’t read all the names. I know this probably sounds stupid but I felt a moral obligation to do so and it’s just not possible.
As I was leaving I could just about hear a member of the Screaming Eagles saying: “After all I went through, you can’t do me the honor of reading my name because…… you’ll miss your bus,…. back to the train which takes you back to your luxury hotel!”
Well said, Sis. Anyone who has ever been to the Arizona Memorial can never forget it. Like The Wall, it is a hallowed, spiritual place. God rest their souls.
