A Pretty Damn Good Night
Sure, it could have been a great night had we prevailed in NJ-6 and NJ-12 here and in some more of the more high-profile races around the country, but to pick up 59 seats in the House is fantastic.
And the win by Marco Rubio in Florida is a wonderful, wonderful sign for our future.
Watch his acceptance speech. Compare him to the Schumers and Reids and Blumenthals of the Senate. Every word he says is true.
I was there and can tell you it was one of the most inspiring political speeches I’ve ever heard. He spoke truth. Nothing is more powerful than truth. Especially when you’re willing to listen to it.
Ding dong the witch is dead, the witch is dead come on everyone sing along! I will not miss seeing that botoxed mug in the speakers chair.
Indeed, major dad. Seeing that preening, er, witch pass the gavel to Boehner under these conditions is gonna be sweet.
I am a 51-year-old USAF veteran and I have just realized that I must be gay because I love Marco Rubio.
The other end of the speech spectrum was the one given by the detestable Barbara Boxer. Honorable mention goes to the incoherent ramblings of Jerry Brown. He must have gotten his hands on some really “good shit.”
