    Well, Tony hits one nail on the head: There is indeed nothing wrong with having an intelligent person as President.

    Alas, the 2012 elections aren’t here yet, so we’re going to have to wait to see if we can’t give Tony his wish.

    Seems like we did pretty well with the bright bulbs for a long time. Then those Founding critters left us and now, not so much. We seemed to have a speed bump issue in the twentieth century with Wilson, Hoover, Nixon, Carter, Clinton squared and now, Pres-I-dent Waffles.
