Dinner Was Alright For A Wednesday 

Lemon pepper green beans, mashed yukon golds with neufchatel, parmesan and pecorino, and filets cooked in the cast iron skillet topped with blue cheese, fresh chive, and lemon juice butter.
Oh and wine.

    I think I’d have swapped the bleu cheese for pepper jack – but that’s mainly because I’m allergic to penicillin and really like hot peppers.

    Otherwise, looks delicious!
